天津地区辣椒病毒种群鉴定与分析

摘    要:用AP-白蛋白ELISA双抗体夹心法对危害本市郊县辣椒生产的4种主要病毒进行了检测,并分析了病毒种群的消长规律。检测结果表明,80~90年代的10余年间CMV侵染率明显下降,而TMV、PVX、PVY则明显上升,4种病毒检出率排序由80年代的CMV-TMV-PVX-PVY变成TMV-PVX-PVY-CMV。早春至盛夏TMV、PVX检出率急剧上升并保持较高水平,应作为主要的抗病育种的目标和防治的对象。CMV、PVY的侵染高峰出现较晚并主要以与TMV、PVX复合侵染形式出现,构不成主要的威胁,可作为次要的抗病育种目标和防治对象。

Abstract:Viruses examples from the local pepper production field have been assayed with ELISA method. The results showed that since the middle of this decade, infection rates of the four major viruses, TMV, PVX, PVY and CMV had changed drastically. The infection rate of CMV reduced by 20.9%, whereas that of the other three viruses rose by 105.4%, 157.3% and 340.8% respectively. TMV and PVX become the major viruses which result in the loss of peper yield.
