| 摘 要： | 用ＡＰ－白蛋白ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法对危害本市郊县辣椒生产的４种主要病毒进行了检测，并分析了病毒种群的消长规律。检测结果表明，８０～９０年代的１０余年间ＣＭＶ侵染率明显下降，而ＴＭＶ、ＰＶＸ、ＰＶＹ则明显上升，４种病毒检出率排序由８０年代的ＣＭＶ－ＴＭＶ－ＰＶＸ－ＰＶＹ变成ＴＭＶ－ＰＶＸ－ＰＶＹ－ＣＭＶ。早春至盛夏ＴＭＶ、ＰＶＸ检出率急剧上升并保持较高水平，应作为主要的抗病育种的目标和防治的对象。ＣＭＶ、ＰＶＹ的侵染高峰出现较晚并主要以与ＴＭＶ、ＰＶＸ复合侵染形式出现，构不成主要的威胁，可作为次要的抗病育种目标和防治对象。

| Abstract: | Viruses examples from the local pepper production field have been assayed with ELISA
method. The results showed that since the middle of this decade, infection rates of the four major
viruses, TMV, PVX, PVY and CMV had changed drastically. The infection rate of CMV reduced by
20.9%, whereas that of the other three viruses rose by 105.4%, 157.3% and 340.8% respectively.
TMV and PVX become the major viruses which result in the loss of peper yield. |
