| 摘 要： | 云南松是分布于我国西南地区的重要造林树种,约占云南省森林分布面积的70%,是云南省重要的经济及用材树种.掌握云南松种质资源保存与利用现状,弄清种源间遗传多样性及遗传变异规律,是完善林木资源、开展林木良种选育的重要基础.因此,对我国近年来学者在云南松种质资源收集、保存及遗传多样性方面进行的研究工作进行了整理、分析.结果表明,对云南松的形态、生理、生态、遗传与种质资源保存等方面的研究已取得许多新的成果,揭示了云南松丰富的遗传资源及多样的地理种源.

| Abstract: | Pinus yunnanensis is an important forest tree specie distributed in south-west China.It accounts for 70 percent of the forest area and plays a very important role in the ecological and economical construction of Yunnan Province.It is accepted that understanding the conservation and utilization status of the Pinus yunnanensis germplasm to ascertain the genetic variation and genetic diversity,is an important basis for resource conservation and high quality forest tree breeding.In this paper,recent studies on the germplasm collection,preservation as well as genetic diversity of Pinus yunnanensis were reviewed and analyzed.The results showed that research on morphology,physiology,ecology,genetics and germplasm preservation of Pinus yunnanensis has made many new achievements.It reveals a wealth of genetic resources and diverse geographical provenance of Pinus yunnanensis. |
