摘    要:为了分析隆线溞(Daphnia carinata)作为饵料生物的价值和其在不同温度下抗氧化损伤能力的情况,测定了重庆荣昌境内隆线溞的氨基酸和脂肪酸含量;同时研究了温度对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)3种酶活性的影响。结果显示:17种氨基酸含量占干重29.82%,9种必需氨基酸占18.91%,组氨酸含量最高(7.83%),蛋氨酸含量最低,未能检测到色氨酸;主要脂肪酸为C20∶5ω3(EPA)、C16∶0、C16∶1和C18∶1,必需脂肪酸高达38.88%,不饱和脂肪酸高达70.54%,ω-3高不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 HUFA)高达27.41%,同时含有C20∶4ω6(AA)和C22∶6ω3(DHA)。温度20~35℃对隆线溞抗氧化酶活性影响显著(P<0.05),25℃以上的高温使SOD与CAT酶活显著下降,35℃的高温胁迫导致二者抗氧化能力急剧减弱。

Abstract:To appraise the value of Daphnia carinata as food organism,the compositions of amino acids and fatty acids in the samples collected from the ponds of Rongchang in Chongqing city were assayed.The capability of organism to resist oxidant injury in different temperature,which can be illuminated by the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD),was analyzed.The results showed that total content of 17 amino acids in dry weight was 29.82%,that of 9 essential amino acid was 18.91%,and HIS was the highest(7.83%),while MET was the lowest and no TRP was found.Primary fatty acids in D.carinata were C20∶ 5ω3(EPA),C16∶ 0,C16∶ 1 and C18∶ 1.The content of EFA was 38.88%,UFA was 70.54%,and ω-3 HUFA was 27.41%.What′s more,C20∶ 4ω6(AA) and C22∶ 6ω3(DHA) were measured.Temperature between 20 ℃ to 35 ℃ had significant effects on antioxidant enzymes activities of D.carinata(P<0.05),temperature above 25 ℃ reduced SOD and CAT activities significantly,35 ℃ heat stress caused the sharp decline in antioxidant ability of SOD and CAT.
