| 摘 要： | 以使用多年的陈年意蜂巢脾为研究对象,采用LC/MS/MS对蜂产品中常见的抗生素类型—氯霉素、链霉素、4种硝基呋喃代谢物、15种磺胺类、6种氟喹诺酮类和3种硝基咪唑类进行残留量检测。结果有9种抗生素被检测到,巢脾水提液中的环丙沙星含量超出蜂王浆的最大残留允许量(巢脾无相应标准)。巢脾的抗生素残留问题应引起高度重视。

| Abstract: | Multiresidue analyses were performed on Apis mellifera ligustica obsolete honey comb in order to identify residues of the most common detected antibiotic, including chloramphenicol, streptomycin, 4 nitrofuran metabolites, 15 sulfonamides, 6 quinolones and 3 nitroimidazoles. The results showed that 9 antibiotics are being found in the samples. The content of ciprofloxacin in the water extract of Apis mellifera ligustica honey comb is higher than the MRL for royal jelly. We should attach great importance to the problem of antibiotic residues in honey comb. |
