新疆桑树雌蕊柱头表面超微结构观察与分类的探讨

摘    要:应用扫描电镜技术观察了和田白桑、伽克1号桑、皮木1号桑的雌蕊形态结构。结果发现和田白桑、伽克1号桑的雌蕊无花柱,柱头内侧表面生有乳头状突起;皮木1号桑雌蕊无花柱,柱头内侧表面生有长毛。根据观察结果,结合其形态特征,和田白桑、伽克1号桑归类于白桑(Morus alba Linn.)较为合适;皮木1号桑有待今后进一步探讨。

Abstract:The morphological ultramicrostrocture of pistils of the mulberry varieties, such as "Hetian baisang", "Jiake No. l"and"Pimu No.1", cultivated in xinJiang Autonomous Region were observed with a scanning electronmicroscope. There are no styles in the pi stils of all these varieties; and there are papillas on the inner surface of stigmas of "Hetian baisang"and"Jiake No. 1"but long hairs on that of "Pimu No. 1". According to these characters, "Hetian baisang"and "Jiake No.l" may be classified as the species Morus alba Linn., while the classification of "Pimu No.l" is still uncertain.
