| 摘 要： | 当前我国农机安全监理的法律体系框架已基本建立,分析执法规范化建设与健全农机安全监管法规体系、树立规范理念、依法行政、加强执法监督、加强农机安全监管之间的关系,探讨规范农机安全监理工作的措施,以修订、完善农机安全监理的法律体系,使农机安全监理行为有法可依、有章可循。
