东北红豆杉中紫杉醇及三尖杉宁碱含量测定方法的研究

摘    要:采用均匀设计的方法,在不同条件下对东北红豆杉中紫杉醇及三尖杉宁碱进行提取,结果表明:室温下,80%甲醇超声波辅助提取30min为样品最佳提取条件;利用高效液相色谱仪对东北红豆杉不同部位中紫杉醇和三尖杉宁碱含量进行测定,其含量排序为:树皮〉当年生枝〉当年生叶〉假种皮,与树皮相比,虽然当年生枝叶中紫杉醇的含量低,但作为可更新资源,具有替代树皮成为提取紫杉醇原料的潜力。
