基于客车车身动应力仿真的疲劳分析

摘    要:利用模态综合技术及弹性力学理论,研究了由路面不平度引起的车身动应力的形成机理及其仿真计算方法。通过客车行驶振动试验,分析得出客车中门立柱在怠速工况下振动明显。可将动应力研究成果应用于客车车身骨架结构的动态强度分析及设计,在此基础上仿真得到中门立柱接点的动应力作为疲劳分析中的交变裁荷,利用疲劳理论和ANSYS软件计算了客车中门立柱的使用寿命。

Fatigue Analysis Based on the Simulation of Dynamic Stress of Bus Body

Abstract:Using modal synthesis technique and theory of elastic mechanics in this paper,the formation mechanism and simulation method to calculate dynamic stress of vehicle body caused by the uneven road are studied. Through the analysis of the bus driving vibration test, the door pillar vibration at idle is obvious. So the research results of dynamic stress can be applied to the dynamic strength analysis and design of bus body frame . The dynamic stress of door pillar node can be used as ahernating load in fatigue calculation, then the life of door pillar can be calculated by using fatigue theory and ANSYS software.
