摘 要: | 建立某无人机用小型涡喷发动机减速器齿轮三维有限元模型,把发动机主轴的载荷谱转化为齿轮载荷谱,基于接触分析模型,得到一个啮合周期下的应力变化,应用S-N曲线,估计了该发动机减速器齿轮啮合疲劳寿命。这种基于有限元分析的齿轮啮合疲劳分析,为该齿轮副优化设计提供理论依据,也为其它齿轮的疲劳分析提供借鉴。

Abstract: | The three-dimensional finite element model about gears of mini-type turbine engine's gearbox has been established based on ANSYS. With the S-N curve and contact element, the variation of stresses of mesh cycle and the fatigue life of meshing gear have been calculated. The method based on FEA provided a theory to design and analysis for gears; it is also used to compute the fatigue life for other gears. |
