灰钙土上玉米的锌肥效应研究

摘    要:盆栽试验结果表明:在盐化和非盐化灰钙土上,土壤有效锌含量和植株含锌浓度均与施锌量呈正相关。在非盐化灰钙土上,施锌量≤37mg/kg对抽雄期玉米锌和氮、磷营养均有良好作用,其干重增加14.8%-18.5%,但不利作用是提高了土壤脲酶活性;施锌75-240mg/kg仍对玉米锌、氮营养和降低土壤脲酶活性有良好作用,其干重增加11.9%-10.8%,但对玉米吸磷有颉抗作用;施锌720mg/kg对玉米产生有害作用,其干重降低18.6%,土壤脲酶活性降低65.4%;施锌1440mg/kg对玉米产生严重毒害,植株干重降低62.7%,土壤脲酶活性降低90.3%。在盐化灰钙土上,适宜的土壤施锌量是5-10mg/kg,施锌量≥20mg/kg就对玉米幼苗产生有害作用。

Abstract:The pot experimental results showed that both available Zn content in soil and Zn concentration in plant of maize exhibited positive correlation with rate of applied Zn in salinized and non-salinized sierozem.In non-salinized sierozem, it had good function to all of Zn,N and P untrition of maize by the time of male-ear sprouting while rate of applied Zn was less than 37 mg/kg.Also the dry weight of plant was increased by 14.8%-18.5%,but the bad function was the activity''s improvement of urease in soil.Meanwhile,it had good function to Zn and N nutrition of maize and decreasing the activity of urease when chemical Zn was applied at the rate of 75-240 mg/kg.And the dry weight of plant was increased by 11.9%-10.8%, but it had antagonistic function for maize to absorbing P nutrition.On the other hand,it was harmful to maize when the rate was increased to 720 mg/kg.The dry weight of plant and the activity of urease in soil were decreased by 8.6% and 65.4% respectively.It did seriously damage to maize when the rate was increased to 1440 mg/kg.The dry weight of plant and the activity of urease in soil were decreased by 62.7% and 90.3% respectively.In salinized sierozem,the optimum rate of applied Zn was 5-10 mg/kg.It would do harm to the shoot of maize while rate of applied Zn was more than 20mg/kg
