银杏叶提取物对山羊瘤胃液体外发酵及微生物蛋白产量的影响

摘    要:以3头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的山羊为试验动物,以纯淀粉、纤维素和酪蛋白为底物,银杏叶提取物在瘤胃液发酵底物中的浓度设0(对照组)、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00% 5个水平,利用人工瘤胃体外培养法,通过测定瘤胃液氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度、pH值、微生物蛋白产量和纤维素降解率4个指标,探讨银杏叶提取物对瘤胃液发酵及瘤胃微生物蛋白产量的影响.结果表明: 银杏叶提取物对瘤胃液的pH值影响不大,可降低NH3-N浓度,增加微生物蛋白产量,降低纤维素降解率;银杏叶提取物的最佳添加量为0.50%.
