| 摘 要： | 开发农村人力资源是推进农村经济发展的需要,也是解决三农问题的关键所在。当前我国农村人力资源的开发现状不容乐观,仍然会长期面临一些问题,大力开发农村人力资源,需要采取政府重视、提高农民收入、深化教育体制改革、推进城镇化进程、加大农村教育投资、开拓国际劳务市场、建设农村人力资源开发体系等对策措施。

| Abstract: | It is important to develop rural human resource. It is the key to solve the three dimensional rural issues and improve rural economy. At present we are not optimistic of rural human resource as some problems have not solved. We need to take government regard,improve farmer income, deepen education system reform, boost town course, increase rural education investment, exploit international labor market, build rural human resource development system. |
