| 摘 要： | 科研项目是反映科研单位综合科技实力和水平的重要标志,其使用情况在很大程度上影响科研活动的进行及效果。指出了科研项目经费管理中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题,从加强预算管理、全面核算、规范结余经费管理等方面提出了进一步加强科研经费管理的几点对策。

| Abstract: | Scientific research project is an important symbol reflected the overall scientific and technical strength and level,whose service condition influence the scientific research activities.The problems were put forward.Some countermeasures to strengthen scientific research project funds management were suggested,including strengthening budget management,overall accounting and standardized budget surplus management. |
