| 摘 要： | 对1 854份橡胶树81’IRRDB种质资源的叶蓬、叶柄、蜜腺和叶片的14个表型性状进行调查和分析。结果表明,在14个性状中,相对性状分布频率最小值为0.59%～14.78%,最大值为40.08%～82.85%;用Upgma法聚类,当欧式距离为5.11时,聚为5组,其中最大1组包括99.62%的样本;用Furthest Neighbor法聚类,在欧式距离为7.0时,聚为6组。2种聚类结果差异明显,但都表明叶子性状变异极丰富,变异与地理来源无关联。

| Abstract: | An investigation was carried out to study the morphological variation of 14 phenotypic traits of leaves from more than 1 854 accessions of Hevea brasiliensis germplasm conserved in Jinghong,Yunnan Province.Results showed that the minimum value of distribution frequency of relative traits ranged from 0.59% to 14.78%,and the maximum from 40.08% to 82.85% among the 14 traits.Based on the Euclidean distance,the accessions were divided into 5 groups at 5.11 thresholds by UPGMA and divided into 6 groups at 7.00 thresholds by furthest-neighbor cluster analysis.Abundant phenotypic variation existed in the populations of germplasm resources,but their phenotypic variation was unrelated to their geographical habitats. |
