转TCS基因泡桐对土壤微生物的影响

摘    要:采用稀释平板法对转基因泡桐根际土壤微生物的数量与种类进行测定,并对细菌菌株培养性状、菌体形态、染色反应、生理生化等性状进行了分析,结果表明:转基因泡桐根际土壤与对照组相比,细菌种类及数量明显增多,真菌和放线菌种类和数量没有发生变化;真菌菌群中以毛霉属和根霉属为主,细菌菌群中以芽孢杆菌属为主,但对土壤微生物的多样性无影响。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to determine the species and quantity of microorganisms isolated from rhizosphere soil of transgenic paulownia using dilution plate method.The bacteria morphology,cultural characters,staining reaction,physiological and biochemical traits were studied systematically.Results show that transgenic paulownia increased the number of rhizosphere bacteria obviously,while the species and quantity of fungi and actinomycetes changed little compared with the control group.The genera of Mucor and Rhizopus were dominant in fungi communities,and Bacillus in bacterial communities.The transgenic paulownia had no effect on the microbial diversity.
