| Abstract: | Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH) is a key enzyme in glycolysis pathway.GAPDH gene is often utilized as a reference gene to analyze the target genes quantitatively in semi-quantitative PCR and quantitative PCR because of constant expression in cell.The paper cloned and described the GAPDH gene from Dunaliella parva.Based on the conserved sequence of known GAPDH,two primers were synthesized to amplify 673 bp cDNA sequence of Dunaliella parva GAPDH.Then the rapid amplification of cDNA ends(RACE)... |
