| 摘 要： | 对核桃叶总黄酮提取方法的研究表明：不同提取方法对核桃叶总黄酮提取得率有不同程度影响。样品经过烘干和石油醚脱蜡预处理可提高得到９－１５％；７０％乙醇作溶剂，回流提取较索氏提取总黄酮得率高出７０．５８％，较水回流提取总黄酮得率高出７６．５４％。综合考虑提取时间，溶剂用量，提取得率等因素后认为：７０％乙醇回流法是提取核桃叶总黄酮的最好方法。

| Abstract: | Researches on extracting methods of flavone in walnut leaves showed that various methods had different influence on extraction rate of flavone.Pretreatment could increase the extraction rate by 9-15%.When 70% akohol was used as solvent, the extraction rate could be increased by 70.58% compared with the back flow with Soxhlet extraction. The method of back flow increased the extraction rate by 76.54% compared with that of water back flow.Considering the extrating time, extraction Solvent volume and extraction rate of flavone, it is thought that the treatment of 70% ethanol back flow was the best method of extracting flavone in walnut leaves. |
