| Abstract: | The author starts to study the necessity of diversified test of open recruitment, and then further analysis some questions in diversified test. Some solutions such as establishing open recruitment and test legislation system, finding key and classification, using different combination, innovating text mode and introducing of advanced measurement technology are put forward. |
