| 摘 要： | 根据风险评估的基本概念,运用W.Kent.Muhlbauer1]提出的风险评分方法,通过风险辨识与评分2,3]和风险后果的评价标准,给出了原油管道大中型跨越段的风险评估方法及其风险分值的量化方法,并用实例进行了说明.

| Abstract: | The authors apply the Risk Evaluation method (by W. Kent. Muhlbauer) to study the risk of large and/or medium traversing and span crude oil pipelines. On the basis of the basic conception of Risk Evaluation, the paper provides Risk Evaluation method of the large and/or medium traversing and span crude oil pipelines through risk identification,grading and the evaluation criterion of risk consequences. Meanwhile, the quantitative method on the risk consequences is given and explained. |
