| 摘 要： | 以芦荟皮为原料,采用醇提法提取芦荟皮中的叶绿素。通过单因素试验分析了浸提溶剂种类、浸提溶剂浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间和料液比等5个主要因素对芦荟皮叶绿素提取效果的影响。在单因素的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验设计优化芦荟皮叶绿素的提取工艺,并对叶绿素的光稳定性、热稳定性以及耐酸碱性等方面进行研究。结果表明:体积分数φ(乙醇)=85%、浸提温度80℃、浸提时间5.0h、料液比1∶50是最优工艺条件,叶绿素的提取率可达0.1970mg/g。芦荟皮叶绿素具有良好的耐热性;自然光长时间照射会影响叶绿素的稳定性;在弱碱性介质环境中,叶绿素稳定性良好。
