摘    要:为了探讨低pH值对小龙虾免疫功能的影响,为养殖小龙虾的抗病力提供科学依据,本试验在低pH持续作用条件下,采用超氧化物歧化酶试剂盒检测超氧化歧化酶的活性,并测定了低pH对小龙虾的毒性作用。试验结果表明:在低pH的持续作用下,SOD活力随时间成正比下降,不同梯度的低pH值能够明显降低克氏原螯虾血液SOD活力,在试验过程中除pH6.12的酶活力在24h时达到最小值,其他组在48h均到达到最小值。暴露在pH2.16酸性溶液中48h,小龙虾血清的超氧化物歧化酶活性降至65.83%,pH4.18中的小龙虾血清的超氧化物歧化酶活性降至76.25%,pH6.12中的小龙虾血清的超氧化物歧化酶活性降至91.94%,差异显著(p<0.05)。低pH能显著降低小龙虾的免疫功能。小龙虾在低pH值的酸性环境养殖中出现死亡现象,过低的pH导致死亡率增加,时间越久死亡率越高。

Effect of low pH on immune function andmortality of Procambarus clarkii

Abstract:This experiment under the condition of low pH continuing role, determination and analyzes the crayfish immune defense of super oxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and tested the low pH of the toxic effects of crayfish, discuss the low pH influence on crayfish shrimp immune function, looking for crayfish disease less physiological and biochemical reasons, then in order to enhance the disease resistance of farmed crayfish provide new scientific basis.The pH values were adjusted to about 2.5, 4.5 and 6.0 by HCl and NaOH. The real pH values prepared in the experiment were 2.16, 4.52 and 6.12, respectively. Samples were taken at 2h, 4h, 8h, 12h, 24h, 48h to prepare serum. SOD activity was detected by SOD kit. The results showed that under the continuous action of acidic solution, SOD activity decreased in direct proportion to time, and the acid solution with different gradient and low pH value could significantly reduce SOD activity in the blood of crayfish. The enzyme activity except pH6.12 in the whole process of the experiment reached the minimum value at 24h, and the other groups reached the minimum value at 48h. It is obvious that the vitality decreases with time. After 48h exposure to pH2.16 acid solution, sod activity of crayfish serum decreased to 65.83%, sod activity of crayfish serum at pH4.18 decreased to 76.25%, and sod activity of crayfish serum at pH6.12 decreased to91.94%, with significant difference (p< 0.05). Low pH can significantly reduce the immune function of crayfish. The small lobsters raised in the acidic solution with a low pH value showed individual death. Most of the dead small lobsters were distributed in the acidic solution with a low pH value, and the longer the time, the higher the death rate. Too low a pH can also lead to increased mortality.
