| 摘 要： | 利用甘龙镇灾害发生日前一周降雨资料,灾害发生日过程性降雨资料,结合开展的“三个叫应”气象服务分析致灾气象因子及服务情况,研究表明： 灾害前一周降雨量偏多,特别是灾害发生前近两天降雨量多是松桃县甘龙镇石板村发生山体滑坡的气象成因之一;灾害发生前出现连续性短时强降雨、降雨强度大,量级高是诱发山体滑坡的主要气象成因;“三个叫应”气象服务开展及时,但针对前期降雨多、雨强大、存在连续性短时强降雨的“三个叫应”服务机制,需细化服务标准,提前叫应。

| Abstract: | Based on the rainfall data of the week before the disaster and the process rainfall data of the disaster occurrence day, combined with the meteorological service of "three calls for response", the meteorological factors and service conditions of the disaster were analyzed More rainfall in the week before the disaster, especially in the last two days before the disaster, is one of the meteorological causes of the landslide in Shiban village, Ganlong Town, Songtao County; the main meteorological cause of landslide is the continuous short-term heavy rainfall, high rainfall intensity and high order of magnitude before the disaster; the meteorological service of "three calls" is carried out in time, but it is aimed at the early rainfall and rainfall intensity It is necessary to refine the service standard and call for response in advance. |
