摘    要:根据辽宁省番茄贮运技术发展实际情况,基于当地番茄的贮运特性,概述番茄采收、采后处理、包装、贮藏、运输等关键技术要点,为提高辽宁地区番茄贮藏运输质量提供技术参考。

Technical Essential in the Storage and Transportation of Tomato in Liaoning Province
Abstract:Acording to the development factural situation of storage and transportation technique of tomato in Liaoning province, the technical essentials such as harvesting, post harvest treatment, packaging, storage, transportation and so on were summarized, base on the local storage and transportation characteristics of tomato, which provided technical references for improving the storage and trans-portation quality of tomato in Liaoning area.
