摘    要:准确配制不同含水率的土样对于土壤抗剪强度的测定极其重要。以“均匀湿润和简单易操作”为理念设计了一种土壤自动均匀润湿装置,主要通过装置内部的振荡、雾化喷淋、密闭容置盒和自动控制来实现土壤的自动均匀润湿。该装置弥补了传统土样配制费时、操作精度不高和含水率不够精确的缺陷,有利于方便快捷地配制土样,应用前景较好。

Abstract:Accurate preparation of soil samples with different moisture content is extremely important for determination of soil shear strength.A soil automatic uniform wetting device was designed with the idea of ‘uniform wetting and easy operation’.Soil automatic uniform wetting was achieved through oscillation,spray,airtight container and automatic control.The device could make up defects of traditional soil preparation long time,low operation precision and low water content.It made soil sample preparation more convenient and quick.Application prospect of this soil automatic uniform wetting device was good.
