田间作业机械中的特色行走装置

摘    要:自走式田间作业机械要适应各种地况条件,应对不同的作业要求,需要采取特殊的结构与行走装置。选取铰接转向履带式拖拉机、自走式喷药机、自动喷灌机、高速插秧机和坡地联合收割机5种典型农田作业机械,分析其结构形式与作业需求之间的关系,重点探讨多履带、高地隙、多单元轴向组合、水田轮以及水平调节5种行走装置的工作原理与结构特点。

Abstract:Self-propelled machines running in farm field have to be designed distinctive structure and walking device to adopt ground condition variously and special demand of plants.Taking five typical farm machines as examples such as crawler tractor in pivot steering,self-propelled sprayer,automatic sprinkler,high-speed transplanter and hillside combine harvester.Relationship between structural form and job requirements was analyzed.Working principle and structural characteristics of 5 walking devices including multi-track,high clearance,multiple unit axial combination,water field wheel and level adjustment were discussed.
