| 摘 要： | 采用自动定氮仪碱解蒸馏法提取土壤中水解性氮，并用电位滴定法进行测定，计算土壤中水解性氮的含量。该方法操作简便，准确度好，精密度高，适于大批量样品的检测分析。

| Abstract: | Hydrolytic nitrogen in soil was extracted by alkaline hydrolysis of automatic nitrogen analyzer，and potentiometric titration was used for the determination.Content of hydrolytic nitrogen in soil was calculated.This method was simple and easy to operate.Its accuracy was good and precision was high.It was suitable for detection and analysis of large quantities of samples. |
