| Abstract: | On the basis of introducing the features of private bank and finance market background, the paper discussed the significant meanings for developing private bank in China. According to the development status of private bank in China, it expounded the dangers which need to be watched in the development process, in order to provide a reference for standard running and healthy development for private market. |
