摘    要:我国果蔬年生产量大,但运输、保鲜成本相对较高等问题影响了鲜果类产品的销售。设计了一种方便实用的果蔬烘干装备,烘干试验结果表明,其保温性能≤5 ℃(设定温度50 ℃时每10 min降温),批次处理量≥3 000 kg,批次平均水分蒸发量≥48 kg/h。该装备可以满足大部分果农对新鲜果品及蔬菜的烘干需求,推广应用前景良好。

Design on a Kind of Drying Equipment for Fruits and Vegetables
Abstract:Annual production of fruits and vegetables in our country was tremendous.But relatively high cost of transportation and preservation affected fruit products sales.A kind of convenient and practical equipment for drying fruits and vegetables was designed.Drying test results showed that its thermal insulation performance was less than or equal to 5℃(setting temperature 50℃,cooling every 10 minutes),batch-processing capacity was greater than 3 000 kg,average amount of batch moisture evaporation was greater than 48 kg/h.The equipment could satisfy fresh fruit and vegetable drying needs of majority growers.And its promotion and application prospects was good.
