| 摘 要： | 介绍粮食工程专业应用型人才的培养目标与要求,从人才培养方案的设计与完善、教学模式的深化和改革、实践教学体系的建立及优化、行业企业共同培养学生新模式的探索及设立、应用型教师队伍的打造及培养等方面,探讨应用型粮食工程专业特色化发展的思路。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the talents training target and its requests of application type grain engineering major were introduced. It discussed the thinking of the characteristic development of application type grain engineering major from the aspects of the design and improvement of talents training, further development and reformation of teaching mode, the construction and optimization of practical teaching system, the exploration and setting of industry and enterprises training students together and the building and cultivation of application type teachers group and other aspects. |
