| 摘 要： | 比较了两种不同解冻液对优良种公牛颗粒冻精的解冻效果及其添加催产素对母牛冷配台率的影响。结果表明：柠檬酸钠解冻液受胎率为６１．５％；维生素Ｂ１２解冻液受胎率为７２．９％；柠檬酸钠解冻液添加催产素，受胎率为８０．８％；维生素Ｂ１２解冻液添加催产素，受胎率为８８．５％。 |

| Abstract: | The effects on conception rates of the cow inseminated with frozen semen were compared when different kinds of thawing solution and thawing solution with oxytocin were used to thaw frozen semen grains.The results showed that the conception rates of different kinds of thawing were as follows: sodium citrate 61.5%;vitamin B 12 72.9%;sodium citrate plus oxytocin 80.8%;and vitamin B 12 plus oxytocin 88.5%. |
