摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳(PAGE)技术,对日本沼虾野生群体、养殖群体及两者的杂交后代的肌肉组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、酯酶(EST)、乙醇酸脱氢酶(ADH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)同工酶进行比较研究。结果表明,日本沼虾不同群体及其杂交后代的LDH、EST和ADH的同工酶可分别稳定地表达出2、3和3条条带,这三种酶表达酶带及表达量差异不显著。MDH同工酶表达2条稳定酶带,在亲本和杂交后代间表达量差异较为显著。

Abstract:By using the vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) technique, isozymes of four enzymes, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), Esterase (EST), alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and malic acid dehydrogenase (MDH), from the muscle tissues of Macrobrachium nipponense from wild and cultured popula- tions and their hybrid F~ progenies were comparatively analyzed. The results indicated that the isozymes of LDH, EST and ADH stably expressed in different populations and their hybrid offspring by showing 2, 3, and 3 bands, respectively, and there were not significant differences in expression pattern and level among these three enzymes. The results also showed that MDH isozymes stably generated two bands, and displayed significant dif- ferences in expression level between the parent populations and their progenies.
