不同硒源对仔猪生产性能和抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:为研究日粮中不同硒源及添加水平对仔猪生产性能及抗氧化能力的影响,选用35日龄断奶三江白猪仔猪90头,随机分为10组。第1组到第9组日粮中分别添加纳米硒、酵母硒、亚硒酸钠,剂量以硒计,均为0.1、0.3、0.5 mg.kg-1三个水平,第10组对照组日粮中不另添加硒,试验期为35 d。试验期结束测定血清中的GPX、SOD、MDA、T-AOC、CAT。结果显示:①不同硒源及各添加水平的仔猪平均日增重、日采食量、料重比,各组间差异均不显著(P0.05);②血清中GPX、SOD、T-AOC的水平均以0.5 mg·kg-1纳米硒组最高,其中GPX水平显著高于0.1 mg·kg-1的纳米硒、酵母硒、亚硒酸钠添加组及对照组(P0.05)。MDA水平以0.5 mg·kg-1纳米硒组最低,且显著低于0.5 mg·kg-1的亚硒酸钠组及对照组(P0.05)。CAT的水平0.3 mg·kg-1酵母硒添加组最高,且显著高于0.1 mg·kg-1各个硒源添加组及对照组(P0.05)。结论:日粮中添加0.3、0.5 mg·kg-1水平的硒能在一定程度上提高断奶仔猪的抗氧化能力,纳米硒优于酵母硒和亚硒酸钠,纳米硒以0.5 mg·kg-1添加量的效果较好。

Abstract:To study the effect of different selenium source and different additive levels on piglets productivity and antioxidant ability,35 day age weaned sanjiang white piglets that there are 90 were chose,and were randomly divided into ten groups.Nano-selenium,yeast selenium and sodium were added to diet from group 1 to group 9,dose was calculated by selenium,which was deivided into three levels of 0.1,0.3,0.5 mg·kg-1,the 10 th control groups without any additional selenium,and a trial period was 35 days.The serum GPX,SOD,MDA,T-AOC,and CAT were determined at the end of test.The results show: ①The difference of the daily gain and daily intake and feed conversion in he different selenium source and the various additive levels of piglets was not significant(P0.05).The 0.5 mg·kg-1 nano-selenium groups of the serum GPX,SOD,MDA,T-AOC levels was highest,and GPX levels were higher than 0.1 mg·kg-1 nano-selenium,yeast selenium,sodium additive groups and the groups.The 0.5 mg·kg-1 nano-selenium groups of MDA level was lowest,and significant lower than 0.5 mg·kg-1 sodium and the control groups.The 0.3 mg·kg-1 yeast selenium of CAT levels was highest,and significant higher than 0.1 mg·kg-1 of the various selenium additive groups and the control groups.The conclusion is: the 0.3,0.5 mg·kg-1 level selenium added to the diets can increase weaned piglets ability,nano-selenium was better than yeast selenium andsodium,and the effect of the 0.5 mg·kg-1 additive amount was better than others.
