大白菜种质资源的研究和应用

摘    要:近缘种有益性状的发现和利用是作物改良的重要途径。本研究通过对大白菜和甘蓝型油菜相关性状的分析研究发现:大白菜种质中具有低硫甙、高含油量的资源。进一步研究表明:大白菜种质中主要硫甙为3-丁烯基硫甙,与甘蓝型双低油菜主要硫甙2-羟基-3-丁烯基硫甙不同,为一种新的低硫资源;大白菜饱和脂肪酸含量比甘蓝型油菜平均低0.6个百分点,特别是棕榈酸(C16:0)低1个百分点。而油酸含量却比甘蓝型油菜平均高3.65个百分点。若将低硫、低饱和脂肪酸、高油酸材料与甘蓝型油菜杂交,定向选择,是可以选育出低饱和脂肪酸、高油酸和更低硫甙的品种(系)。

Abstract:The discovery and utilization of good character of kindred germplasm is an important way for improving crop. Interrelated characters of Chinese-cabbage and B. napus were analyzed, the result indicated that there were low glucosinolate and high oil content resources in Chinese cabbage germplasm, and main glucosinolates in Chinese cabbage germplasm were Gluconapin, and it was different from Progoitrin of double low rapeseed in B. napus, so it was considered a kind of new low glucosinolate resource. Its average saturated fatty acid content dropped 0. 6 per cent in Chinese-cabbage. Especially, palmitic acid (C16:0)is reduced one per cent,but oleic acid content is higher over 3. 65 percent points than Brassica napus. If the materials with low glucosinolates and low saturated fatty acid and high oleic acid crossing B. napus, through directional selection, it may select these varieties (lines) with low saturated fatty acid content and high oleic acid content as well as lower glucosinolates.
