| 摘 要： | 陇川县是一个典型的景颇、阿昌、德昂、僚、傈傈等多个少数民族聚居的边疆农业县，少数民族占全县农业人口的60％，其社会发育进程上属于从原始公社末期直接过渡到社会主义的“直过区”，农民的科技文化水平较低，收入不平衡，农村经济发展缓慢，因此，提高“直过区”农民群众科技素质是从根本上解决陇川农业、农村和农民问题的有效途径之一。文章阐述了“直过区”农民科技教育培训的现状、存在问题和建议。

| Abstract: | Longchun is a typically frontier city lies to the Southwest of China, five major minorities are consisted of the city population, which mainly depend on agriculture. As live in a Social-Direct-Change region （transition from the end of primitive so- ciety to socialism）, the poor education and unbalanced income result in the slow development of economy. The author tries to explain and analyze the current situation and problems existed in peasant training, which seems to be one of the most effective ways in helping local people for good life, and will thereby offer some advices. |
