| 摘 要： | 用兜唇石斛一年生鲜茎为插穗的扦插试验结果表明：4-7月是抽芽期,其中5月抽芽最多,占总抽芽数的69.64%,6-10月是出圃期,7月出圃的扦插苗最多,达总出圃数的53.93%;2月份扦插的插穗生长最好,插穗健壮、整齐,出圃时间集中,出圃率达91.44%;底部茎节是最好的扦插材料,可以获得优质扦插苗,扦插成本较低;参试的植物激素和扦插基质对插条抽芽生根无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Experiment of cutting propagation indicated that one year old Dendrobium aphyllum is in the bloom of sprouting in May,which accounts for 69.64% of the total in the whole sprouting period from April to July.Seedling transplanting starts from June to October,of which 53.93%occurred in July.Seedlings with February-scion grow well,strong,in uniform and almost transplanting the same time（up to 91.44%）.Quality seedlings can be obtained while uses the bottom stem as cutting material,low cost.There is no obvious difference in tested regulators and media for rooting. |
