| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种船载式植物工厂设计与应用，是完全使用人工光源封闭方式进行蔬菜栽培种植，使蔬菜生长不受任何外部自然条件制约，实现蔬菜周年连续生产。该植物工厂是一种适合海环境条件的垂直种植系统，解决了水平层流种植方式的环境适应性问题。通过紫外线、臭氧等方案进行营养液综合处理，提高了营养液循环使用率，减少了对淡水资源的消耗，降低了设备在海环境条件下的保障需求。该植物工厂的应用解决了船在航行中新鲜蔬菜的补给问题，同时也起到了对海上长期漂泊人员心理的一种疗愈功能。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the design and application of a ship-borne Plant factory,it is completely the use of artificial light source closed way for vegetable cultivation and planting, so that the growth of vegetables is not restricted by any external natural conditions, to achieve continuous annual growth of vegetables.The plant plant is a vertical planting system suitable for sea environment conditions, which solves the problem of environmental adaptability of horizontal laminar flow planting.The comprehensive treatment of nutrient solution through schemes such as ultraviolet and ozone has improved the recycling rate of nutrient solution, reduced the consumption of freshwater resources, and reduced the guarantee demand of equipment under marine environmental conditions.The application of the Plant factory solves the supply problem of fresh vegetables during the voyage of the ship, and at the same time, it also plays a healing function for the psychology of long-term floating personnel at sea. |
