| 摘 要： | 2021年国家对《国家重点保护野生动物名录》进行了调整，是自1989年以来第一次大规模、系统地调整，新名录中物种数量增加了1倍以上，新增重点保护野生动物517种（类）。文中对国家重点保护野生动物名录及调整情况进行阐述，梳理野生动物保护主管部门的职能职责，分析名录调整后对分类分级管理、监测和评估、栖息地划定与管理、应急救助与收容救护、疫源疫病监测防控、野生动物损害补偿、野生动物管理及行政许可等野生动物保护工作各项职责产生的影响。提出积极应对变化，争取各方支持，梳理工作重点，完善工作布局，重视调查监测，摸清资源本底等应对措施。

Impact and Countermeasures of Adjusted List of National Key Protected Wild Animals on Wildlife Conservation |

| Abstract: | In 2021, the List of National Key Protected Wild Animals was adjusted on a large scale and systematically for the first time since 1989. The number of species in the new list has more than doubled, and 517 species (categories) of key protected wild animals have been added. This paper elaborated the content and adjustment of the list, expounded the functions and responsibilities of the competent department, analyzed the impact of the list adjustment on various responsibilities of wild animal protection, such as classified and hierarchical management, monitoring and evaluation, habitat delimitation and management, emergency rescue and shelter, monitoring and prevention of epidemics, compensation for wildlife damage, wildlife management and administrative permission, as well as put forward countermeasures such as actively responding to changes, gaining support from all parties, sorting out work priorities, improving work layout, paying attention to investigation and monitoring, and finding out the resource background. |
