| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术、通信技术、网络技术和数字化图书馆的发展,信息量、信息交流速度、人们的阅读方式发生了巨大的变化,尤其是高校图书馆的读者群对电子资源的要求越来越高,给目前的高校图书馆提出了一系列尖锐的挑战。图书馆联盟的产生和发展,为满足读者群的高需求,高效率;为图书馆资源的优化配置、共建共享、高效服务起着至关重要的作用。文章通过对云南省高校图书馆联盟的了解以及联盟发展中存在的问题,进行了深入的分析,借鉴国内外高校图书馆联盟的成功经验,结合本省的特殊情况,对联盟今后的建设发展做了思考和探讨。

| Abstract: | With the development of computer technology, communication technology, network technology and digital library, some tremendous changes have happened in the information quantity, speed of information exchanging and people’s reading pattern, especially for the readership of academic library whoes needs for electronic resource have been increasing continuously, which brought a great challenge for academic library. The formation and development of academic library alliance played an important role in gratifying readers’ high requirements and efficiency, and in the optimal allocation, co-building and sharing and efficient service of library resource. Through analyzing the situation and problems about the development of Yunnan academic library alliance and the domestic and foreign successful experience, considering with the special situation of Yunnan province, this paper made a thinking and discussion about the future construction and development of academic library alliance. |
