中华蜜蜂与意大利蜜蜂营养杂交对意蜂工蜂形态指标的影响

摘    要:通过人工添加中华蜜蜂王浆技术来培育"江山2号"与法国意蜂的杂交蜂王,并测定"江山2号"、法国意蜂、中华蜜蜂、营养杂交子一代、子二代、子三代和子四代工蜂的吻长、右前翅长度、右前翅宽度、第三腹节背板长度、肘脉指数、翅钩数6个外部形态指标。采用StatView分析软件中ANOV Aandt-tests进行相关分析。结果表明:营养杂交子四代工蜂在吻长、右前翅长度、右前翅宽度、右后翅翅钩数和肘脉指数均有向中蜂性状靠拢的趋势,且营养杂交子四代工蜂的上述5个形态指标均小于亲本"江山2号"和法国意蜂,差异显著(P0.05),也显著大于中华蜜蜂;营养杂交子四代工蜂的第三腹节背板长指标大于"江山2号"、法国意蜂和中蜂,差异显著(P0.05)。营养杂交子代工蜂随培育代数的增加在吻长、右前翅长度、右前翅宽度、右后翅翅钩数和肘脉指数均有向中蜂性状靠拢的趋势。子四代工蜂在吻长、右前翅宽度和肘脉指数指标上与前三代间差异显著;子四代工蜂在第三腹节背板长指标上显著高于前三代。

Abstract:In this paper, we breed hybridizing queen of the Jiangshan Honey Bee No.2 and French Apis mellifera ligustica through the technology of artificially feeding plasma of Apis cerana cerana, and then 6 external morphological characters of the workers were measured and analyzed with the software startview, the 6 external morphological characters include the length of proboscis, the length of the right forewing, the width of the right forewing, the length of 3 tergums, index of the cubitus and the number of the hooks on the wing. The workers were from the Jiangshan Honey Bee No.2 colonies, French Apis meliferaligustica colonies, local Apis cerana cerana colonies, the 1 hybridizing offspring (F1) and the 2 consecutive hybridizing offspring (F2) the 3 consecutive hybridizing offspring (F3) as well as the 4 consecutive hybridizing offspring (F4) of nutritional crossbreeding French A.M.L queen and the Jiangshan Honey Bee No.2 drone colonies. The result showed there was a trend that close to Apis cerana cerana colonies in the 5 morphological characters of F4 workers. There were significant smaller than F4 workers, the Jiangshan Honey Bee No.2 worker, French Apis mellifera ligus- tica workers and local Apis cerana cerana workers in the length of proboscis, the width and length of the right forewing, the number of the hooks on the right wing and index of the cubitus, the length of 3 tergums of F4 workers is significant longer than the Jiangshan Honey Bee No.2 workers, French Apis meUifera ligustica colonies and local Apis cerana cerana workers; The length of proboscis, the width of the right forewing and index of the cubitus of F4 workers are significant different to F1,F2 and F3. But the length of 3 tergums of F4 workers is significant longer than F1,F2 and F3.
