摘    要:本试验比较了不同工艺制备的中草药添加剂即常规散剂、水煮提取制剂和醇水提取制剂对猪生长性能等影响,结果三种制剂对猪的生产性能、肠道益生菌指数和对猪外周血液T淋巴细胞比值与猪瘟抗体滴度均有不同程度的提高,其中醇水提取物制剂能显著提高猪的日增重、饲料报酬、肠道益生菌乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌指数以及T淋巴细胞比值,并能提高猪瘟疫苗免疫后的抗体合格率.常规散剂次之,水煮提取制剂较差.

Abstract:In this experiment, the effects of the different production craft(powder, water-abstract and alcohol-water-abstract) on Chinese herbal additive in pigs were studied. The results showed that growth performance, intestinal probiotics' index, peripheral blood T lymphocyte ratio and antibody titer of swine fever were raised in three preparations , but, daily gain, feed reward, intestinal Lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacterium' index, T lymphocyte and antibody qualified rate of swine fever were raised significantly in the alcohol-water-abstract preparation group, powder preparation group taking second place.
