| 摘 要： | 介绍了新疆生态环境在全国生态系统中的作用、南疆自然资源及基本情况、南疆果树产业的发展现状及其经济和生态效益。提出保持和维护新疆脆弱的生态环境是构建新疆和谐社会的必然选择,发展果树种植业符合构建新疆和谐社会全局的需要,符合南疆经济建设与生态建设融合发展的要求。最后从科技支撑、财政补贴、风险补偿机制、组织体系建设4个方面,论述了促进果树产业的健康发展的保障措施。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the role of Xinjiang ecological environment in ecosystem of China,natural resources and basic condition of southern Xinjiang,current development situation,economic and ecological benefit about fruit industry.It pointed that protecting fragile ecotope is inevitable choice to construct harmonious society in Xinjiang.Developing fruit industry was the need of harmonious society construction,economic growth and ecotope protection in southern Xinjiang.Finally,it discussed the supporting measures for promoting the healthy development of fruit industry from four aspects,such as science and technology,financial subsidies,mechanism of compensate for risk-taking and organized system construction. |
