摘    要:对采自青海省退耕还林还草地88只大林姬鼠Apodemus speciosus标本的体重和胴体重等7项生长指标进行了主成分分析,确定了各项指标对鼠体生长的代表性大小。结果表明:体重和胴体重是最具有代表性的生长指标,并根据体重将大林姬鼠划分为5个年龄组,为及时掌握退耕还林还草地鼠类种群动态进而对其进行有效防治提供有力的证据。

Abstract:The 7 indicators of large field mouse were analyzed by principal component analysis with total 88 individual's specimens which collected from reclaimed green land in Qinghai province.All analyzed indicators were ordered on the first principal component axis and representative degree on growth of large field mouse determined.The results showed: the body weight and corpus weight were the most representative age indicators of large field mouse.On purpose of accuracy,practicability and convenience,we selected body weight as age indicator of large field mouse and classified to 5 age classes.All of the work would be powerful witness which could be used to find out population dynamics and provide effective control in time.
