Ag─NOR染色技术在豌豆染色体研究中的应用

摘    要:本文以山西省栽培的硬粒豌豆品种为实验材料,对豌豆个体之间细胞核仁的数目Ag—NOR的位置变化,及在实验过程中所观察到的染色体分化程度进行了研究。结果表明,该品种在问期核可见到1—4个核仁,核仁的大小随染色体的浓缩程度发生变化,在不同类型的细胞中,银染核仁的面积分布不同,说明RNA与蛋白质的比例有颇大的变动。试验还证明,染色体标本的制备技术对银染的分化程度有较大的影响,只有在适当的条件下才能促使银染的正反应。

Abstract:This paper studied pea cell nucleolus number, Ag-NOR seat changes and chromosome differentiation extent with hard-grain pea cultured in Shanxi. The results show that there were 1-4 nucleolus in interphase nucleus, its size exert changes as thechromosome concentrating extent. The distribution area of Ag-dyeing nucleolus wasdifferent in varying type cells, the results show that proportion of RNA and protein have produced a great changes. The experiment also proved that preparation technique of chromosome specimen exert a great influence on Ag-dyeing differentiation extent, and the positive reaction of Ag-dyeing can be promoted under suitable condition.
