| 摘 要： | 采用自然雨淋和盖膜处理的方法,研究自然降雨对红花大金元和K326烟叶表面蔗糖酯及其它化学成分总含量的影响.结果表明,雨水冲刷显著降低烟叶表面蔗糖酯.中部叶表面蔗糖酯受雨水冲刷的影响比上部叶大;K326烟叶表面蔗糖酯受雨水冲刷的影响要大于红花大金元.同时降雨对可溶性总糖、还原糖、非还原糖、烟碱和钾的含量影响较小.

| Abstract: | Influences of rain wash on Hong Hua Da Jin Yuan(HD) with the K326 leaf tobacco surface sucrose ester and some chemical components were investigated with natural rain wash and tectorial membrane two treatments.The findings indicated that the leaf tobacco surface sucrose ester content decreased significantly by rain wash.Comparison of leaf position and variety showed that rain wash affected middle leaf more greatly than upside leaf,and affected K326 more greatly than HD.In the same time,the influence of rain wash on the soluble total sugar,the reducing sugar,the non-reducing sugar,the nicotine and the potassium content was small,and the variety difference was not so great. |
