| 摘 要： | 对宁夏森林火灾的状况、特点、存在的问题进行了较为系统的研究分析,提出了宁夏森林火灾防御的指导思想、原则及目标,制定了相应的森林火灾预防对策,为不断提高宁夏森林火灾防御的综合能力,降低森林火险等级,提高林火管理水平,提供参考. |

| Abstract: | The situation and features of the forest fire as well as the existing problems in forest fire prevention in Ningxia were systematically analyzed, and then the guidelines, principles and objectives as well as the countermeasures for forest fire prevention were proposed, which will improve the integrated capacity of forest fire prevention, reduce the forest fire damage in Ningxia. |
