鸡粪好氧堆肥中温期效应细菌及放线菌的筛选及属别鉴定

摘    要:文章对鸡粪好氧堆肥中温期细菌、放线菌的组成及作用进行了探索。结果表明,细菌具有群体数量优势;整体分解有机物的效果也是细菌强于放线菌;经筛选鉴定效应菌株分别为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp.)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.)、变形菌属(Proteus sp.)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus sp.)、克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella sp.)、螺孢菌属(Spirillospora sp.)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces sp.)和指孢囊菌属(Dactylosporangium sp.),其中假单胞菌属、克雷伯氏菌属、芽孢杆菌属、链霉菌属和指孢囊菌属对淀粉多糖类有机质具有分解能力,芽孢杆菌属、假单胞菌属、变形菌属、葡萄球菌属、螺孢菌属、链霉菌属和指孢囊菌属对蛋白类有机物具有分解作用,芽孢菌属、葡萄球菌属、克雷伯氏菌属、螺孢菌属和指孢囊菌属对脂肪类有机物具有分解能力。

Abstract:The paper researched the constitution and effect of bacteria and actinomycete in intermediate temperature phase in aerobic composting of chicken manure.The results showed that bacteria played dominance in colony amount;the impact in breaking down organic was also better than that of actinomycete;by filtered and identified,the effect strains belong to Bacillus,Pseudomonas,Proteus,Staphylococcus,Klebsiella,Spirillospora,Streptomyces and Dactylosporangium;among them Pseudomonas,Klebsiella,Bacillus,Streptomyces and Dactyl-osporangium had ability in decomposing starch polysaccharides;Bacillus,Pseudomonas,Proteus,Staphylococcus,Spirillospora,Streptomyces and Dactylosporangium had ability in decomposing the organic of protein;Bacillus,Staphylococcus,Klebsiella,Spirillospora and Dactylosporangium had ability in decomposing the organic of fattiness.
