| 摘 要： | 首先,分析了我国农产品供应链的现状,介绍了农产品供应链的结构以及我国现阶段农产品供应链运行中所存在的问题;其次,结合农产品供应链在质量形成方面所具有的特点,运用过程质量管理的思想构建了农产品供应链质量管理系统;最后,结合国外农产品供应链在质量保障方面的经验,提出了我国提高农产品质量以及保证食品质量安全的基本思路.

| Abstract: | First, analyses the present situation of agricultural products supply chain introduces current situation and problems the agriculture products supply Chain faces in china; Second, combining with the characteristics in the quality process of agriculture products, constructs a supply chain quality process management system; Lastly, puts some suggestions about improving quality in agriculture products and assuring food safety based on the experiences of foreign countries. |
