摘 要: | 目的]探讨厚朴种子生活力的快速测定方法。方法]采用四唑染色法(TTC法),设置不同的TTC浓度、染色温度和时间,研究厚朴种子生活力测定的适宜条件。结果]TTC法测定厚朴种子生活力的适宜条件为:采用浓度0.2%的TTC溶液,在55℃的水浴中染色50 min。结论]该法可作为厚朴种子生活力测定的有效方法。

Abstract: | Objective] To study on rapid determination method of seed viability of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. Method] Using TTC method and setting different TTC concentration, dyeing temperature and dyeing time, the suitable conditions of Magnolia officinalis seed viabil- ity determination were studied. Result] The optimal determination conditions for the viability of Magnolia officinalis seed is that staining for 50min in 55 ℃ water bath with 0.5% Trc solution. Conclusion] This is an effective method to be used to determine Magnolia officinalis seed viability. |
