摘    要:以甘蓝早熟品种"8398"和中熟品种京丰一号为试材,研究低温春化对甘蓝植株体内碳、氮代谢的影响。对长至6片真叶的"8398",7片真叶的京丰一号在日均6℃条件下进行绿体春化处理。结果表明,低温春化可使甘蓝植株体内可溶性糖、还原糖、蔗糖、可溶性蛋白质含量显著上升,在春化完成时达到最大值,与未经春化处理的对照相比均显著高于对照;同时低温春化使甘蓝植株体内淀粉、全氮含量显著下降,在春化完成时降至最低,而未进行春化处理的对照植株体内淀粉、全氮含量均呈缓慢下降的趋势。

Abstract:The experiment took prematurity cabbage variety "8398" and medmaturity cabbage Jingfeng1 as the research materials, "8398" cabbage plants have six leaves, Jingfeng1 cabbage plants have seven leaves to vernalized in the incubator at 6℃, to explore the effect of vernalization on the change in metabolism of carbon and nitrogen of cabbage. The results showed that in response to the low temperature there appeared a dramatic increase in the soluble sugar content, reducing sugar content, sucrose content, soluble protein content, after termination of vernalization reached to the maximum, which was significantly higher than that of control; at the same time, exposure to low temperature trigger a major change in starch and total nitrogen concentration, it decreased strongly, after termination of vernalization reached to the minimum, by comparison there appeared only a slight decrease of starch and total nitrogen content in the control plants.
