| 摘 要： | 田间小区试验条件下,用酚二磺酸比色法研究了氮肥和磷肥不同用量对乌塌菜食用部分硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明:乌塌菜食用部分硝酸盐含量随氮肥施用量的增加而增加,施肥第8天乌塌菜食用部分硝酸盐含量最高,之后又随时间的推移而下降;在低磷水平下,乌塌菜硝酸盐含量随追施氮肥用量的增加而增加,在高磷水平下,追施不同氮肥水平乌塌菜硝酸盐含量差异小;追施氮肥能显著提高乌塌菜的产量。 |

| Abstract: | Effects of different amount of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer on nitrate content of Wuta-tsail was studied by field experiment. The results showed that nitrate content of Wuta-tsai was risen with nitrogen fertilizer amount increase. The nitrate content of Wuta-tsai was the highest at the eighth day, and reduced there after. Under low level of phosphorus fertilizer, nitrate content of Wuta-tsail was risen with nitrogen fertilizer amount increase; under high level of phosphorus fertilizer , difference of nitrate content of Wuta-tsai was reduced by applying different amount of nitrogen fertilizer.The Wuta-tsai yield could be improved by use nitrogen fertilizer. |
